My daughter is 15 on Halloween. Up until this year she has been a loner, so this is her first big party in a long time, and she is a little more naive than most kids her age.
This is the party we have planned so far: It is 4 hours long. As everyone shows up in costume, I take their picture. We have 3 trophies, Best/Funniest/Scariest costume. For the first half hour it will mostly be mingling and getting to know people since she has school and church friends who will not know each other invited. No set itinerary but the following is planned: The movie "Gremlins", Pin the tail on the Cat; Bobbing for apples; Bobbing for Marshmallows (in powdered sugar); maybe a mummy wrap game, a light dinner, cake and presents then off to trick or treat for a few hours.
I hope this doesn’t sound too lame. I want this party to be awesome for her. We have lots of different types of music to play during non movie time. About 20 kids will be there, boys & girls. Please give me your honest opinion, but don’t be mean. I have also seen a pretty even split, should we open presents during the party or not?

My trainer likes to plan ahead, so we are already looking at Halloween costume classes in October/November. W have a handful of girls coming and we are stuck on ideas! Please help me think of some creative and fun costumes for the rider and horse! I will list the horse’s gender, description, and the ideas we already have below. (you can also modify some if you think the costume will not fit the description)
girl 1- chunky bay pony and 2 stockings – punk
girl 2- perfect sized flea bitten pony w/ blonde main/tail – indian
girl 3 – slender(not skinny) 15h grey ARAB – ?
girl 4 – bulky plain chestnut mare w/ graceful/fast movement (so nothing long or scary…lol) – ?
boy 1 – perfect sized 15.3h chestnut gelding w/ 2 stockings and a star: lazy but willing – ?

I am looking for a scary costume that will freak people out. I don’t care if it is for boys or girls I can fit in adult sizes and 14/16 teens and juniors. Please help and if you can tell me the site. you don’t have to though. Thnx so much.

We’ll have a halloween dance at our school and we are 6 people in our group (3 girls,3 boys) and we dont really know what to wear, we are all 17 & 18, we still want to look good, so nothing too scary.
a group of friends are going as the characters in Alice in Wonderland, i think thats a good idea, well wen wana do a cool thing too

My siblings want to be something scary for Halloween. Only I have no idea what they could be. They are very adamant about it being scary and not "babyish".
The girls are 10, 8, and 6 and the boy is 9.
The girls really are cheerleaders so they don’t want to be dead ones understandably, and the boy was going to be scream last year but he saw the mask and started to cry.
